hmmmmm... I use 'Windows movie maker' to split the avi. into the .gif clip I want to make. into a format(720 x 480) "DV-AVI (NTSC)". Then I import the avi. into photoshop CS3 and the quality is exact from the avi. The reason for the loss in quality is when I resize the .gif. from (720 x 480) to ( 300 x 200) so that the gif. file isn't more then 10MB. Maybe it is "how you save your avi. file."
