i havent heard about him lately as well. But I played him in Fight Night 3 against my friends and I was undefeated all night.

He's serious. Toney got suspended after his last fight with Danny Batchelder when steroids were found in his system. I think I heard he wants to comeback sometime next year.

Sidenote: Batchelder was also found to have steroids in his system after their fight.
