last I saw him was after after the vitali fight when he came in looking like a blimp again,,but still managed to knockout savareese in the 4th round

He was dropped by his promoter, Lou Duva, I think it was, because he never took any fights. He lost all his motivation when he got a big check for signing with him in the first place.
