I've heard people predicting him to beat the top dogs at 130lb, thus I think he's overrated as a result.

Arthur, I believe, has not faced anyone with world class punching power who could keep him honest or test his beard.

His last four fights resulted in victories over three undefeated fighters and one with a solitary setback (until they met him). Their cumulative KO/TKO record? 33 KO's out of 84 wins.

The Hall of Famer Ken Buchanan talked about Arthur in an interview:

His last fight was a TKO win over Koba Gogladze (20W-2L, 8 KOs) for the WBO SuperFeather Interem title. Gogoladze earned the right to fight for the title via a victory over Antonio Davis, who is not exactly a power puncher himself (12 KO/TKO's in 24 wins) and a recent UD victim of WBO Featherweight champ Steven Luevano.

Arthur is a talented boxer and I think he would present a challenge to anyone in the super featherweight division. I reckon Arthur is on a similar level to someone like Rocky Juarez and I would love to see the two of them fight as they are pretty well matched and it would be a highly entertaining contest.

I think Arthur is a good Boxer but he does has his Frailtys his chin and his Defence ,what he does have going for him is his his good Boxing ability he is a bit of a ****er and he is accurate if he could tighten up his defence even with a dodgy chin he could do something at world level

but at the moment his defence & durability is letting him down , put it this way i would'nt fancy his chances against Ponce De Leon if he stepped upto Super Feather

Arthur has good skills but no headmovement and is so easy to hit its painful to watch he got dismantled by Michael Gomez because of his poor defense he couldn't stop Gomez's left hook i don't think he beats any of the elite fighters at Superfeatherweight.

Just my humble take: Of the 3 he has his best chance against Fana who has the least power. His defense is so porous Valero can take him out with the first few wild swings he'll make. Baloyi has a bit of power and has faced the comparatively best competition of the 4 of them and therefore has learned a few more tricks along the way. This is not withstanding the fact that Fana met Barrera.

Fana lasted less than 5 minutes against Barrera. Baloyi has had two meetings with the wily vet Manuel Medina as well as Ledwaba (also 2X), St. Clair (2X, as well), Steve Robinson, Tiger Ari, Philipp Nduo and Botile
