You know who would like Pacquiao if he was American? Probably no one.

I like fighters who have more than two punches (with only one actually being effective) in their arsenal.

I can't wait for Marquez to school the **** out of Pacquiao in the rematch.

I also want to add 1 more thing. Americans are not nationalistic at all. We have some black racists that will support any black fighter, and some americans who will underrate foreign fighters that rarely fight in the US because the US is legitimately thought of as the showcase for top boxing, but there is no nationalism here. This anti-american paranoia is just ridiculous.

I never really thought of that... I mean, I have had parts of that in my mind, but I have never really thought that the US has absolutely no nationalism, whatsoever.

It is also true that more people hate their own government in this country than probably all other democracies put together. Word.

The point of the thread is simple.

If Pacquiao with ALL HIS SKILLS, COURAGE, SPECTACULAR WINS AND RESUME OF ALL-TIME GREATS was an American, then he would be HAILED AS THE NEXT MUHAMMAD ALI.
