I agree, especially with the specifics.

Cotto/Mosley was not on the same level for me.

Somehow, just both Calzaghe and Kessler put a little more into the fight, fought with more skill and at the same time were not cautious of each other or getting KO'd

        Absolutely. That's on point.

Anyone that saw both fights I think would've probably gotten more entertainment out of the Kessler-Calzaghe fight.

I can also see how folks may have appreciated Cotto/Mosley of course. Miguel Cotto put on the kind of display that makes you have throw out the books on him and rewrite major sections. I was just reading Ron Borges article in Boxing Monthly and it felt no longer accurate nor relevant.

Cotto isn't just a good body puncher plodding forward anymore.

Not to the world he isn't.

I'm sure he has fans that always felt he could show more. He did and has.

It has to be very satisfying for his believers.

              OH IT IS!!!!! BWAAHAHA!!!
Seriously from his early career it was obvious he could use the jab, defend well and move a bit. He just gave it up a lil of late in favour of more Pressure and more Excitment.
Im glad he showed he still can do it tho

Calzaghe Kessler had me on the edge of my seat a FEW times..

Cotto Mosley never quite did.. But I enjoyed it nonetheless

                      Calzaghe Kessler was more compelling.
