    Hatton's sombrero

What was the significance of him wearing it when he fought Castillo???

    1) Was it to diss Castillo??
    2) Was it a subtle diss to Mayweather who did the same thing against DLH?
    3) Was it compliment to Chavez Sr..??

    Which was it?

He has been described by Castillo, and M.A Barrera's mother as the English Mexican.

    The Manchester Mexican.

He wore it as a sign of respect to Castillo...

i hope thats true. and also, i thought it was disrespectful when mayweather wore a sombrero and pancho (dont remember if he actually did). im sure if DLH would have shown up dressed like a African Tribesman, alot of black folks would had started crying.

Honestly I think it was to rub Mayweather the wrong way.

If Oscar would have shown up in a sombrero and pancho the Mexicans still wouldn't have liked it.
