I think this kid knows his ****, Oscar doesn't have it in him right now to **** with Cotto, even back then I don't think Oscar would have done so good against Cotto, Oscar back then waisted a lot of punches when faced against someone who came to fight, Trinidad can't adjust the way Cotto can, he is more 1 dimensional but with the problems Cotto would have presented he would have slowed Oscars punch out put and eventually countered and combo'ed his way to either a SD or UD.. Oscar much like Roy had great speed, good power but it was brought out more threw his speed, he was so fast that it added to his impact, against someone with a good jab, good chin and good overall skills like Cotto he wouldn't have done so well, people put Oscar in his prime at WW on a pedestool like he couldn't be touched but even then he was losing fights he just had a BIG, preserve worthy name, just ask Pernell Whitaker and Ike Quartey, they can tell you..

Oscar had a few go his way and if you look at the people who was doing that to him you'll notice they were very skilled in certain things, we all know Bazooka can fight and Sweet Pea? you ain't a fan if you don't know him.. bottomline against someone with a chin and a strong game plan with the skills to back it up Oscar would be bait for the fish on the end of a hook, now or then but he was just so glamourized, he lost to Shane Mosley in a fight where they were BOTH waisting punches and wailing off, flurrying each other and not that that isn't a good, winning style it's just someone like Cotto has a better one.. Oscar maybe WOULD'VE beaten Cotto but I can tell you 1 thing it wouldn't have been due to his hands.. 100

with all due respect to oscar,but i heard he **** his trunks during the hopkins fight and vs oba carr he didn't press the knock out because of[a personal problem]cotto will give him the runs with the body work,oscar doesn't make it pass six.

i know no matter how much sense i make you will always be a detractor.oscar's achilles heel is stamina,he burnt out aginst floyd at 154you think he'll last at 147?with a body puncher?mosley has very good stamina.
