Calzaghe's agent John Salerno says (or states) a lot of the things Calzaghe is supposed to have said, like the James Toney training camp in McDonald's thing, by the way

Hopkins won't take this fight especially after seeing how good Calzaghe looked beating kessler. Hopkins like to find weaknesses in his opponents these days before he fights them and Calzaghe still looks like hes in his prime. Calzaghe by wide UD.

If all of that is really what Calzaghe said(And all of his other interviews) it amazes me that some people say he's humble and doesn't talk trash haha.
He should though, I guess the only way to seal the deal for a Hopkins fight is to piss him off. Just to get it going, because it doesn't look that good regarding this fight being made(Even though Joe made it obvious that it doesn't matter where they fight and how much he'll get).

If they fight, I predict a boring fight between them two. If its boring its a good sign for Hopkins that means he's winning the fight.

Why do you say it doesn't look good? What's to stand in the way? There's nothing except a low-money and risky fight with Chad Dawson (for either). Kessler needs to move on, Taylor is tied up with Pavlik, and vice versa, Tarver has already been slaughtered by Hop. It's the only thing that makes sense and there's plenty of money in it to go around.

This silly talk is all pr. No doubt Hopkins would beat Calz in a flame, but it doesn't even sound serious on either side.

Neither are interested in fighting anyone else. Neither have a worthwhile fight out there for them. Both are solely talking about fighting the other.

If this doesn't happen then someone needs shooting. I'd be amazed if this isn't agreed within the next few weeks.

Calzaghe has chased a showdown with Hopkins for the last few years but the elusive American has always talked his way out of a fight against the unbeaten Welshman who is now regarded as one of the top three pound-for-pound fighters in the world.
LMAO @ these exaggerating ass writers trying to build drama through lies.. Journalists really suck sometimes.

Calzaghe is full of himself btw..
