styles make fights, mosley can't beat everybody at 147 but DE LA HOYA can, he has the reach advantage and boxing ablity to beat cotto, he has the sheer size to beat mayweather, he's just better then margarito cintron and clottey. Williams is an akward fighter and can cause problems with his height though, im not really sure about PAUL WILLIAMS.
