Why the **** did they move Hatton up one spot when he was inactive for the week?

What made Winky Wright and Rafael Marquez drop 2 spots instead of the 1 spot needed for Miguel Cotto to move up?

Good news that Jose Santa Cruz rose two spots in their rankings for 135 pounders. Not exactly where he should be (C), but better than nothing.
