Well, HBO makes them look bad with such a superior product to begin with. But that besides, I find virtually every detail of their productions cheesy and lame. Commentating, graphics, setups, intro, ect.

Pretty weak stuff as far as I'm concerned. It has an antiquated feel to it.

yeah i agree. and i don't know if its me but does the weirdest stuff happen on Showtime? Peter almost getting knocked out by Mcline, Corrales coming back to knock out castillio, Holyfield dominating Tyson, Hatton dominating Tsyzu, Doniare knocking out Darchiniyan, ect. just stuff i would never expect to happen. that stuff never happens on HBO. thats why i like HBO better.

Some good content in the actual fights does happen on Showtime.

That's a good point, but damn.. How much does Vargas have left? He was moving really slow before the last time he got KTFO. I'm expecting his ring walk to be in a wheelchair with a warm blanket over his legs..

Isn't Cintron fighting on this undercard? That's half the sell for me right there aside from the fact that these two dudes can't stand eachother and it's good drama. Who else is fighting on this undercard? I can't remember.

I paid for the Mosley/Cotto fight, and i will be paying for the Hatton/Mayweather fight. No way i am going to spend another 50 bucks for this entertaining but pointless bout.
