Yeah that's what he said, he also said straight after the fight on Sat night he wouldn't fight Cotto. DLH problem is he loves to be in the spot light and doesn't want to give that up. Promoting is good, but he won't get enough camera time doing that.

Yeah, Oscar will just stand there not throwing punches and after he doesn't get the decision he'll tell Larry Merchant that he thought he was winning the fight. Even though he only landed one jab around after he promising an action packed fight.
