    Roy sounded as quick as ever, sounded like he might have had a little cold or maybe it was the sound quality. But I don't hear anything that would suggest brain damage...IMO.

      To the contrary my confused friend, Roy is a lot more articulate, clear and coherent than 75% of these others boxers; even the younger ones. Conversely, this is the first thing I actually thought while listening to him. I have no idea where you got the "brain damage" thing from, especially in an advanced stage, that's absurd. Roy seems very sharp to me and as normal as anybody else. The only thing is he is a bit country and talks fast at times.

        Yeah he's always been a little hard to understand when he starts talking fast most of all during post and pre fight interveiws but he's always sounded the same.
