Did anyone see the Ortiz undercard fight on Saturday ???

I'm not sure if they televised that fight but since I was at MSG on Saturday night I got the chance to see him fight live and the kid is nice & at times looks seasoned as if he's been doing it for years. His fighting style reminds me a lot of Fernando since they do have the same trainer. I just hope he doesn't end up going down the same path that Fernando took and fight someone that he shouldn't be fighting too early in his career.

As far as Margarito he did what he was supposed to do and that was to beat an inferior fighter in Johnson. Who actually thought that Johnson had a chance ?? LOL

I think I'll be paying closer attention to Ortiz. I think he's on his way. You're absolutely right. Its like he had 1000 AM's

i think he is very good......but that leaky defense will probably cost him the fight if he fights Mochuelo Torres next....of course Victors power could crack Ricardo's leaky defense as well......it has FOTY potential.....

Well I think he has time....this is really only the 3rd or 4th time I have seen or heard of him.....and this is the first full fight I saw with him in.

Once I look closer I'll be able to see those things...

I'm not a Marg fan but damn!

Maussa is perfect for well trained orthodox fighters. Dunno why Hatton and Harris had such a hard time with this fella.
