Oscar should just stick to promoting and leave boxing alone!

Am i the only one who does not care to see Oscar interfere with the current WW division? You have all these hungry young fighters who actually want to make a name for themselves and fight, then u have Oscar who only wants to fight once per year on Cinco de Mayo just to add another 20+mil to his bank account. Before each fight he talks about how he's in the best shape of his life, then in the post fight interview, he talks about how he's not sure if he wants to keep fighting, blah blah blah etc....

Sooooooo what you're saying is if you were Oscar, you wouldnt fight a few more times for a guaranteed 10million plus each fight? So in other words, you'd give let free money go?

    I dont think so.

It dont do **** for me as a fan to see a full-time promoter put the gloves on once per year to add a couple of zeros to his account. Look, now he's talking about fighting Hatton, given he gets past Floyd. That matchup just doesnt appeal to me for some reason. Cotto vs Hatton or Floyd are MUCH better fights.

But my question is.You wouldnt do it if you were Oscar? Thats like getting the numbers for some lotto tickets before the drawing even comes out.

Im looking at if from a FAN'S point of view. Of course i would try to milk the sport for all its worth, but he makes money nomatter what. He makes millions from every single Golden Boy fight. Are u tellimg me that Oscar vs Hatton is more appealing than Cotto vs Hatton?

I wouldnt mind seeing Hatton vs.Oscar to be honest with you. But with Oscar saying it and fighting.I can see his reasoning and I cant hate on that.

Raise your hand if don't think boxing is corrupt! **looking around the room for the hands to go up***

Just what I thought. The DLHs and Don Kings are in it for the money. DLH will continue to fight as long as the money is there and his "so called" fans want to see him fight.
