Maskaev is 38, going on 39, he's lost by KO/TKO in each of his 5 losses and I think Peter has the power to get to that chin. Peter's chin was exposed a bit in his last fight with McCline, who knocked him down 3 times, but if Wlad couldn't KO him, then no way is Maskaev.
