Cotto would probably crush that stick figure.
Cotto KO with a body shot.

Paul Williams throws them *******ly, and from many angles, with precise aim. Williams' punches don't look like much as far as power is concerned, but when he gets set, he can change a guy's viewpoint fast. His awkward, yet extremely effective, offense makes it difficult to see many of the punches coming at you. Williams would probably fight Cotto similarly to how he fought Margarito, only being less hesitant to sit down on his punches, because he knows that he can hurt Cotto much easier. The accumulation of Williams' constantly active, aggressive assault, would gradually break Cotto down.

      Williams by late TKO
Isnt it just disgusting to see a thread where someone untested KOs someone who just beat the crap out of an ATG like? Feking tool.

I watched Winky Wright fight Angel Hernandez and JC Candelo, and they were basically 24 of the exact same round. Hernandez/Candelo threw a bajillion punches, and Wright blocked nearly all of them, and countered. He got the decision, even though he threw drastically less.
            .
I agree with most things you say but the difference between Hernandez and Candelo is that while they were busy, they don't have Williams height to throw from a distance.

Paul Williams biggest threat is going to be Kermit Cintron. Cotto would give him a tough test as well but as long as he could throw and spin out he wouldn't give Cotto any good looks for Miguel to get in.

LMAO did you even see the cotto mosley fight, mosley is an ATG but your making it sound like he,s still in his prime or something, alot of people think the fight was a draw, mosley was far from getting the crap beaten out of him, lol cottos power is overrated, plus margarito landed some hard body shots on williams and he took them very well, williams speed and accurate punches are underrated, Id favor williams by a SD or a late round Tko but wouldnt be suprised if cotto won either.

Cotto is a beast, but he hasnt faced a paul williams. williams can take body shots. he did it all night from margarito. i consider marg the 2nd best body puncher in the division. cotto being the first.

lol its funny how people act like williams is still some up incoming fighter, he has two more fights than cotto, cotto has fought the better fighters overall, but with williams solid chin punch output speed and accurate punches, Id favor him over most welterweights, Im not hating on cotto if they were ever to fight and cotto won I wouldnt be shocked in the least.
