I've a feeling that Oscar will fight Cotto next, I hope I'm wrong!

Oscar should not be allowed to screw up boxing, I think Cotto should fight the winner of Mayweather/Hatton next, that should be the next big fight in the welterweight division, not Oscar who already lost his last fight to Mayweather.

Both Mayweather and Hatton are undefeated, so when the winner fights Cotto it will be 2 prime undefeated fighters all over again, that's what boxing needs, not Oscar.

I agree, Oscar has lost 3 of his last 5, he should just stick to promoting.

If Cotto beat Mosley I don't know if Oscar could handle Cotto. Oscar's stamina isn't as good as Mosley's IMO. I don't think anyone at 147 is going to beat Cotto in a war. Oscar would have to outsmart him and beat him technically. Maybe Oscar could lure Cotto up to 154.

I think this fight may very well happen. It isn't a bad thing either because it gives Cotto a huge payday; and if he wins, another big name under his belt. Plus if Cotto were to beat Oscar, I think it would be by TKO.
Likewise though, I think Oscar would have a great opportunity to win as well. Oscar does do well against pressure fighters. It would be a battle of left hooks.
