Well, how can you be #1 p4p if you won't even prove you're the best in your division. It's okay though, he said he'll fight the winner of Williams/Cintron so after Williams beats Cintron and then beats Mayweather we won't have to worry about it.

Cintron won't beat Mayweather in his life. And Floyd would school Cotto. Cotto's people aren't even pursuing Floyd. Arum hasn't called for Floyd either. Floyd has a fight in December so how could he be ducking him already?

Has mayweather ever beat the best puerto rican fighter out there. I think he'll fight cotto for that very reason. Mayweather will win that fight and as much as I like cotto its true. Mayweather can capitalize on every single thing cotto does wrong.
