It's a fight I'd like to see, but at this point I'd expect Mayweather to handle him pretty well. The Mosley that beat ODLH probably would have beaten any version of Mayweather as he hits harder, wouldn't be hurt by Mayweather and was definitely quick enough to get through to PBF. But that's a fight we'll never get to see.

I agree, Shane at lightweight or the Shane that fought DLH in the first fight in his first move up to welterweight flat out OWNS Floyd.

Me as well. Don't get me wrong I still thought he looked good for his age and put a great performance against Cotto, but now I think Mayweather would win a decision. Mosley would try to fight, but Floyd would dodge his punches and land some on his own and do enough to win a decision like he usually does.

True I thought his hand speed and foot speed would be the difference, but Cotto showed that instead and Mosley was the man applying the pressure.

I would love to see this fight, though I believe Cotto has earned first dibs against Mayweather if he beats Hatton. I think Mosley has a shot at taking Floyd down but he's gotta find the right combination of boxing and pressuring to beat Mayweather. One or the other just won't do.

i would hope that they don't make the fight with mosley coming off a loss.

i don't think shane could possibly beat floyd, as much as i would have loved to see him get the chance after *beating* cotto- i just don't think this fight should happen now.

i think floyd will fight cotto- he says whatever he wants to say but floyd will not avoid another undefeated champion in the division. he didn't do it with hatton- he won't do it with cotto. if cotto fights oscar then floyd will HAVE to fight him if he wins. And I think Cotto probably has to goods to take that fight home too, but who knows.
