        Cotto's chin is getting better as well as his defense so thats helping him become the world class fighter that he is now

                He beat an elite fighter and was on par with him the whole bout, he is a Class A fighter for sure.

                                He won a veteran still he got couple of things to do to consider an elite in my view.

                                But he is in between abit above average A fighter he many good contenders.
