I did not score the fight yet but after watching it I felt like Shane did enough to at least have a draw if not win. I felt like he really dominated the last third of the fight but I guess he maybe ran out of rounds. Does anyone in the world fight tired better than Shane? He was gassed in the 5th round and still looked good in the end. Either way, no robbery but I did expect a split decision to be honest. I think both guys proved to be warriors. However, if Cotto really wasn't hurt then he was an idiot for fighting that way in the 9th. He messed with a good formula. If this is it for Shane I will miss him but it would be good to know he went out in such great action

There was 1 or 2 rounds at the beggining which Harold gave Shane but i gave Cotto,i felt Cotto landed the better harder punchesComment

I thought Lederman gave most close rounds to Cotto. I guess that goes to show that this was not an easy fight to score. Great fight though. WELL worth 50 bucksComment

Cotto outfought him for most of the fight. Shane had some good rounds, but he wasn't using his handspeed and reach enough. Cotto's jab was on point tonight. He had to assert his jab to win this fight and he did it. Good showing from both. Not quite great though. A little too much evading at certain points that could have made it a classic.Comment

I understand Shane was probably tired, but so was Cotto
