Can Haye carry his power up to heavyweight?.

Yes haye has tremendous knockout power at cruiserweight but does he have enough power to knock out big heavyweights like sam peter and wlad klitschko. His power has never being tested against the best heavyweights in the division .

I think so. His KO ratio at cruiserweight is highly impressive and when you consider the weight problems he has had I think he will be a much better fighter at heavyweight.

I think he does. he has the power to hurt wlad bad imo but at the moment i dont think wlad would give him the chance to land. he could ko any of the British heavyweights.

His power is not the problem, he is chinny.

how highly would you rate his power . Do you think he has the potential to be one of the hardest punchers in the heavyweight division?.

Tomas Bonin is the only yard stick we have.
Haye destroyed him in 1 round.
Fraudley Harrison took 9 rounds and had a controversial stoppage.
            Fraudley stopped Danny Williams legitimately.
So I would say there is a fair chance Haye has the power at Heavy.

Even though it was against a tin can, I was surprised at the difference in power he had when he wasn't weight draining himself. Although Bonin wasn't anything special, you could HEAR the difference in his punches with the extra weight:
