First and foremost, what a great fight, I could feel the electricity of Vegas from here...what a fight to bring boxing back once more.

Kudos to Mayweather, who actually fought exciting for once and proved to us all he is an all time great and the best fighter on the planet at the moment. Some of you ****ing idiots need to give Hatton some more credit however....he is a different animal then someone like Cotto, who the Floyd of today would CARVE UP in less then 7 rounds. Fight started out great and I was screaming when Hatton caught Floyd in the first round (his legs were wobbly so I don't want to hear no crap from you black boys out there).

However, that ref was a piece of **** and I counted countless times when he was slapping Hatton all over the body when Mayweather was the one clinching (YEAH, THAT'S RIGHT - YOU ALL KNOW IT TOO). Both fighters were using dirty tactics (Floyd was consistently shoving his elbow and forearm into Hattons throat) and that point taken away was a little soft IMHO.

To close this rant, you little Floyd fanboys need to shut the **** up. Thank God he showed some calss in the interview (he half won me over) but you all need to stop saying 'knock the **** out blah blah blah'....you're all demasculinized men and you all know it.

Especially the ones that said Hatton was a bum and a C-level fighter.

I gained a lot of respect for Floyd tonight. He fought a very smart fight, neutralized Hatton on the inside, caught him quite a bit when Ricky rushed in. I thought there might be a stoppage on cuts, but didn't think Floyd would KO him.

I thought Floyd was very gracious after the fight and gave Hatton a lot of credit.

When it was Hatton's turn, I think he was joking with the fluke statement, but then he really didn't show the class that Floyd did after that, so maybe he wasn't. I think he complained too much about the ref and the fouls, it's one thing if he lost a close decision, but he got knocked out!

Anyway, props to Floyd. I hope he fights again.

I personally thought the point taken away was a good call Smokin'...

Cortez said in the dressing room that he wouldn't give a warning on an intentional foul, he would just take a point away.

I watched the replay to be sure, and Hatton turned him around, and then threw a punch at the back of his head. Obviously it didn't land, but I didn't know that until the slow-mo replay, so I don't know how Cortez was supposed to see that, because he was at a worse angle than the camera.

All in all, the attempt to foul is what counted.

Academic anyway when it came to scoring, because the judges saw the fight a hell of a lot more one-sided than I did.
