Oh btw, badass shoes. Can't wait to see his gloves light on fire from the amount of power he's going to generate from wearing those bad boys.

Tyson will be remember for kicking Larry Holmes ass. Yes Holmes was out of his prime but that Holmes would kick any other champion's ass, Tyson was just too quick and powerful for him.
Also Knocking out Michael Spinks in the first round. Spinks is rated one of the best as well...Comment

1. Thanks for pointing this out. now all of the cotto supporters can't use the knock down as a......."slippage"
When Miguel Cotto enters the ring to face Sugar Shane Mosley on Saturday night, he will do it on firm footing. The WBA welterweight champion will be wearing a super hi-tech boxing boot with a special sole made out of a Michelin rubber compound specifically 1. designed to channel liquid away from the shoe to prevent Cotto's feet from slipping on the slick ring canvas advertisements that often cause boxers problems. 2. In addition, the boot is supposed to provide maximum traction, allowing Cotto to firmly plant his feet before unleashing his power punches. Cotto's custom made gold shoes will feature Cotto’s signature logo and the Puerto Rican flag to honor his native country.

Edwin Valero was the youngest heavyweight champion of the world? A light weighted fighter passing up Tyson? Please.very view have came close as far as name recognition goes.(under the heavyweight limit guys.)I'd rather talk about someone like Edwin Valero who did that. Valero is going to surpass Tyson in being legitimately a 1st rd KO beast. Tyson is a could of been type of guy and only the low lifes of the sport look up to him. He's a terrible role model and those that still follow him and look up to him, need to get a reality smack. If you worship him, I wouldn't want to be your friend.
Who said he wanted to be a role model? I dont think that he checked that off in the job description when being a boxer.haha. Certain things are warranted but it doesnt mean it has to happen.
I myself dont look up to him.I enjoy his style and demeanor in the 80s,and his ****iness in the 80s and 90s.If ppl want him as a role model then thats their business. It doesnt mean they would be just like him,or a bad person because they look up to him.The accomplishments he did as a youngster could get alot of ppl to worship him on that alone. Saying you wouldnt be someones friend if they worshiped him is actually quite childish. How old are you by the way?Comment

Uh, neither. I just meant it as a joke, that he'd be able to generate more power with them shoes, and the thought of Naseem hamed posing with his gloves lit on fire came into my mind.Comment

When I said I wouldn't want to be their friend, I mean't that because if they are into cokehead rapists, who are in the news for bad reasons, and has serious mental problems, then they gotta have issues themselves. I wasn't bringing in the part of his accomplishments(overrated). I'm 21 btw. How about you while were on the, How old are you? that was so childish issues. You're completely out in space. Tyson's accomplishments in the ring will always outweigh what he did out of boxing.Only a Tyson hater would have a clouded judgment when it comes to that. By the way,you said anyone that worshiped him,you wouldnt be his friend, not someone that supported what he does OUT of boxing.Thats what you said in the first postGet ya mind corrected. Im 23,and far from confused, delusional, and ignorant as you're looking right now. Take the ignorance out.If you dont like him so be it. I really dont give a **** he's not paying me,neither am I related. But when you down someone if they worshiped him is foolish and childish. As stated before you said nothing about the drug thing in the first post.MOST LIKELY.A BOXING FAN isnt going to worship someone for his OUT OF THE RING antics. Most likely a druggy would. Too ****in easy, get your facts and the things that you said in the previous post corrected before coming after me as you did. Now you're looking ******. Sorry? When I said I wouldn't want to be their friend, I mean't that because if they are into cokehead rapists, who are in the news for bad reasons, and has serious mental problems, then they gotta have issues themselves.
