Why doesn't alexander povetkin use the peek a boo style?

      do you think that if the likes of david tua , sam peter and alexander povetkin used it they could be great heavyweights.

        It would make them really good heavyweights,but Tyson had speed like a very few heavyweights that had it ever. Neither of those guys had that. The peek a boo requires you to be explosive and elusive also.

            Yeah,it would confuse Wlad in my eyes. Throwing a jab in his face then throwing a combo would do it,maybe. Slipping the jab of his also.

                Well Cus came up with this boxing style. And only realy fighters he trained used it, Like Tyson, Patterson and Rooney. Winky Wright uses it aswell. Mayb its hard to find a trainer to teach you it affectivley.

                    i am not sure cus came up with it . i think dempsey used the peek a boo aswell . Anyways other trainers do know it. richie giachetti, freddie roach,ronnie shields and tommy brooks had tyson using the peek a boo style . its not as if its a secret.

                      yeah the peek a boo style that patterson and tyson had was different to the like of tua. povetkin does have quick hands but not quick in the patterson or tyson mold.
