Will definetaly come back to this later but only argument I have so far is:

Welterweight = Henry Armstrong (not saying that Hearns isn't a good choice, just that Armstrong was a hell of a puncher)

I've only seen couple of Armstrong's fights and even though he was good puncher he reminded me of Aaron Pryor who wares you done with accumulation of punches with his swarming style but i could be wrong because i've only seen couple of Armstrong's fights.

It is hard to choose to be fair because Benn did'nt have a great KO ratio there and McClellan was'nt there long either was RJJ

Id have to plump for McClellan though i think he hit harder than RJJ and Benn at Middleweight you can visually see how hard McClellan hit he looked like he was punching like a Cruiserweight

                nice list.

i think bob foster belongs there @ 175.

                julian jackson @ 154.

                @ 160, maybe rocky graziano, or g-man.

modern day middleweights are bigger due to the weigh-in rules, maybe they hit harder too.

pipino cuevas gives thomas hearns a run for his money in power (but not head to head skills )

among more recent featherweights, there's danny lopez & the prince

                maybe edwin rosario at 135.
