He does always say "I am here to do my job" and such. Does he treat it just like that, a job? Either way if he whoops on Cotto he might just get "Employee of the year".

i'm sure cotto loves what he does, look how he trains, look at the determination and energy he fights with, when he wins a fight u can see how pumped up he is.. the man comes in 100% prepared to fight every time, u don't work that hard at something if u don't love it.. cotto may not follow the sport, i don't know, and if he doesn't then i'm not gonna hold that against him, i'm sure he pays attention to it though, but to say that he doesn't love what he's doing is absolute garbage

This guy is full of surprises.
What he probably meant is that he understood english when spoken to, but he had a real hard time speaking it, especially in front of a camera. He had to take classes to learn how to speak better and get confidence doing interviews etc.

Anyway, wasnt that a slap in the face for the ex-wife? Cotto saying he is free now and not going to get married again like in 10 years.

He was with his wife from like 18 on right? He probably went into it too fast. It seems to me that he grew up too fast, and he's enjoying the things he missed now. Just assuming that, could be wrong.

I think that's really just an honest reply, he's on an island surrounded by Puerto Rican girls, who wouldn't want to be single.

I think he says it pretty CLEARLY and PLAINLY, Joe.

                He was SELF CONCIOUS.

BTW, Arum has for the first time I remember been vocally expressing doubts about this matchup.

Was he talking about "taking a big risk" when they fought Judah?

Exactly, and at this point Cotto can get any ***** he wants. The perks of being famous.
