      wales, or maybe vegas.

the u.s. sports media already bashes boxing enough.

if they have it in yankee stadium, the u.s. finally gets a boxing match with a huge live crowd, something rare.

then the fight would be boring.

a dull fight in vegas is nothing new.

Doesn't matter, Joe won't leave Wales and Bernard is too smart to go over there and risk a bum stoppage ala Manfredo, or a bum decision infront of a hometown crowd. Same reason Joe won't come to the United States, because of fear of a bum decision.

They both need to get their **** together and fight in Canada.......

I agree that Neutral Territory would be ideal.

I don't think the fans could even fill Yankee Stadium. Hopkins isn't exactly a top draw in boxing because of his fighting style and most casual boxing fans in New York barely even know who Calzaghe is. I loved the atmosphere in Wales with over 50,000 people, but it's time Calzaghe made the trip overseas to America to beat Hopkins and prove the doubters wrong. I voted for MSG.

Hopkins won't back down on his demands so if this fight is going to happen it'll be in the US. If Joe really wants it he'll have to agree to Hopkins' terms.

They should have it in Louisville so I can watch it live.

Whether Joe admits it or not, Hopkins is the much bigger name in this equation. Same as it was years ago when Joe wanted Hopkins. Joe's popularity is increasing in the States, but most people have only seen him fight Lacy, Manfredo and now Kessler. I wouldn't be surprised if some casual fans think he's just breaking into the sport.
