  • Gorres Vs. Darchinyan is on

Undercard of Rafa and Israel Vasquez...

If he can avoid Vic's power shots Gorres by dec if not Vic by KO... Vic hits harder than Montiel but is less skilled...I honestly can't call it... I can't write vic of based on 1 bad fight...

you and x have a beef going? so you're taking on another mexican, not very patriotic of you. i think if its anything that x said to you on these boards, i'd say take his advice and follow his approach on whatever it was.

Gorres seems to have stamina issues. He should take to the road twice as often as he has in the past.

Also, he should keep his chin out of the way of Darchinyan's punches. He was knocked down by the feather-fisted Eric Barcelon (12 KO's in 38 wins) and knocked out by Edward Rodrigo.

If he does both, I won't count on a Gorres win by decision only. I won't discount a stoppage victory. Gorres may not have the power, but Darchinyan is so easy to hit that if Gorres lands a good majority of the many punches he customarily throws every round, he might cause a late round stoppage.

I personally don't find either fighter to be that impressive. I'd go with Varchinyan, by a stoppage. But.. ehh.. Who knows.
