I'm not sure who said that Wlad but what is being said is that Haye could have an impact at Heavyweight. He has already destroyed a decent Heavyweight in Tomasz Bonin. He has good speed and power.

Its way to early to say he will dominate the division but I feel he could get into the top ten.
