calzaghe vs hopkins could go down the drain.....

clinton woods might be next for calzaghe, as reports states that they are on advanced negotiations @ 175lbs how bout that, it sucks

By Andrew Wake: "British local TV network Yorkshire television have reported that negotiations for a 175 pound match up between Sheffield’s International Boxing Federation champion Clinton Woods and pound for pound great Joe Calzaghe have begun and are at an advanced stage"

Well if it doesn't happen Calzaghe fans have no right to call Hopkins a ***** or a duck anymore, seeing as Joe would be the ducker this time since Hopkins has been calling him out for months now.

I can't see JC fighting in the USA to be honest. He doesn't really have to. How many people did they get into that stadium on the weekend. Hopkins & Wright couldn't fill up the Mandalay Bay, so I wouldn't be surprised if JC wants to fight Hopkins in Wales and the live gate has to count for something. Hopkins is dreaming about that Yankee Stadium idea.

if calzaghe vs woods takes place, could be that calzaghe does not want to come to america to take on b-hop and as we all know b-hop said he won't travel to fight calzaghe in his home turf and calzaghe said he wants to move-up to 175lbs, so that's a possibilty

I think that will be the case. I can't see this fight going ahead because of that reason.

I reckon Bhop is what Joe really wants and they are trying to push it forward , its all part of negotiations , like Joe talking to Taylor while Kessler was signing , gives Joe more leverage at the table if it looks like he has other options ,,, I think Bhop vs Cal fight will happen .

I'm just being honest. Hopkins was labeled a ***** by Joe fans for not travelling to Wales years ago when Joe wanted him. I think it's only fair Joe is laballed a ***** for not travelling to the U.S. to fight Hopkins now that Hopkins wants him.

Basically it's a battle of bitches, a battle in which nobody will win.

i see it like this in order for calzaghe vs hopkins fight one of them has to travel out of their turf.....so i dont' know but i see it maybe calzaghe vs woods if b-hop doesn't travel and then maybe calzaghe vs RJJ @ 175lbs
