looking at how active hopkins is, then erm he should be lower.

i mean beating winky who is quite a small guy. tarver is overated but a name.
lost to taylor twice who lost to pavlik.

one fight in 2006 and one in 2007...

...Yeah, seeing Slopkins that high is a joke. I'm not even sure if I consider what he does as actually boxing anymore.

Hopkins used to be #1 in my personal top ten p4p. But, that was many years ago when Jones was ruling and when Jones would never even consider risking his superstar status on Hopkins.

Now, unfortunately, Hopkins does not belong in top ten. He's lost his offense.

                      10.) Ricky Hatton
It matters, and it's in line with conventional thinking, so it's a good list. Mine is a little more controversial though:

                      1. Mannie Pacquiao
                      2. Joe Calzaghe
                      3. Ricky Hatton
                      4. Floyd Mayweather, Jr. (picking Hatton to win..so I can't be hypocritical)
                      5. Juan Manuel Marquez
                      6. Kelly Pavlik
                      7. Miguel Cotto
                      8. Ivan Calderon
                      9. Israel Vasquez
                      10. Mikkel Kessler
