we had to change our plans to go to New York this weekend. Kelly’s hands are swollen, and he certainly won’t be able to shake anyone’s hand.

For real, my boy Pavlik is so strong he breaks glass just by touching it. He also can bend steel with his pinky finger.

That's what I said! **** Kelly! This isn't exactly the type of injury you want to sustain when you're finally in the big time picture. Even if he heals completely I wonder how the scar tissue will effect his punching.

If these were stitches all over his FACE, different story. PUnches reopen those cuts.

But on the hands, its really not big deal at all. He just has to make sure its healed completely before he starts training again.

if it was one cut then no, but its apparently a ton of smaller cuts.

anyways, i kinda hope it is delayed cause then maybe they will bring it to the Garden or Atlantic City where i could see it

This means Pavlik won't have as much time to train as he's supposed to.
This is not good for Pavlik, why the **** did he have to fool around with a window, he's world champ, he's supposed to have people doing that **** for him, damnnnnn.

I've had my knuckle drilled & pinned with steel pins and that only needed 7 stitches.
I also have a few other scars that needed no more than say 5-6 stitches.
100 stitches ....they are either ultra small or Pavlik has hands like king kong.

That's what I'm wondering. Even if it's a ****load of small ones, how many are there if you need 100 stitches? And they all must be pretty deep to require stitching, something like that takes longer than a month to heal from in my estimation. Bad news for the rematch.
