Height and reach will be taken away from Williams by PBF. It will be an inside fight. The ropes will hurt Floyd in this fight if Williams can take a step back and give himself enough space to through bombs. This fight will not end in a KO
    9 rounds to 3 Floyd

Well, I can't see Mayweather knocking Williams out, or vice versa, and the fight should be pretty close for the first 6 or 8 rounds. In the end, I think Williams superior workrate will make the difference. But I wouldn't count Floyd out in the rematch.

I can see how someone would pick Mayweather to beat Williams, but 9 rounds to 3? With William's insane work rate and dedication to throwing leather? A draw is the most likely conclusion I can come to.

Why a draw? His work rate will be stunted by counter punches. A good counter puncher throws a boxer off his rythym. Paul won't punch as much as he usually does. He'll feel as though he's getting "punished" for "punching"

I hinge on a draw to be the most likely scenario due to Williams work rate and Mayweather's slow starts. Williams starts strong and get stronger each round, but I see Floyd's effective counters lowering Paul's output after the 6th. For the first 6 I see Williams dominating the first 2-3 rounds, then just doing enough to win the other 3-4. Then I see Mayweather getting comfortable with William's pressure and countering very effectively, lowering Paul's output and taking every round from 6 onward.

Although it is highly possible Floyd would become more comfortable with Paul's work rate earlier than I anticipate.

Dread, I see your point. Somehow I think that Paul needs a few more fights.
