Was Chris Eubank Boring To Watch

Was Chris Eubank Boring To Watch ? its hard to say he has some great fight with Watson 2,Benn 1+2 ,Collins 1,

but he had some stinkers against Ray Close ,Rocchigianni,Thornton etc there were many more of his fights that were Snooze fests IMO

was he boring on the whole ,Benn was much more exciting to watch in general ,Jermain Taylor reminds me of Eubank because he just does enough to win

LMFAO i know Pavlik beat him u know what i mean though dont u

I went with both as he could be either. I was always a Benn fan and didn't care much for Eubank until I met them both. Benn was a **** and Eubank was one of the nicest boxers I have met.

Chris did it as a ploy to get more popular by being "infamous" like "Gorgeous George". By lookg and acting like a ****, as you said, he became what WWF fans call "the heel".

I liked his fights. His performance is like that of JMM. If the opponent is out to get him, his fights are beautiful. If they are defensive, it will be boring.

I liked watching him as a middleweight. Seems like he became more of a poser and selective puncher at super middleweight, though unsure if it was the weight or what happened in the Watson rematch (which happened to be Eubank's super middleweight debut)

yeah but what about his fight with Dan Sherry after the Benn fight was'nt that at a Middleweight ,They should have both been wrapped on the knuckles for that fight for the head butt and Sherry for doing his dying swan impression

It was Rocchigianni's fault that the fight was boring. He covered up the whole fight. Eubank started to put his hands down, because he wasn't throwing anything.
The little showboating was funny and Chris did a lot to make it a fight.

His fight with Carl Thompson was also great fight i would say yes and no to answer the question he could be horrible fighter to watch at times but other times he could be great to watch after his 2nd fight with Watson he was never as aggressive that fight affected Eubank if i remember right he had Collins out on his feet in the 10th but didn't have killer instinct like he used to the 2nd Watson fight affected him imo.

Only occasionally, such as against Ron Essett and Juan Carlos Giminez (largely down to the opponent being too scared to throw a punch), and Amaral and Schommer (gift decisions on his bum of the month 'World Tour' of Britain and Ireland), and Franki Moro and Luis Barrera, but that was about it

The rest of his fights had plenty of entertainment beyond the struts and poses
