I want to see Roy Jones Jr vs Joe Calzaghe. 2 unorthodox fighters going at it would be something to see. They are both very athletic and quick and can punch. Calzaghe is a southpaw too and we all know how that bothers Roy Jones. I think that would be the more exciting fight and a great boxing match between athletes. What do yall think?... especially if Roy looks very good against Tito
Forget Calzaghe/Hopkins....

if RRJ wasnt as washed up as my dishes id love this
but as it stands Roy is a shot fighter so i say no....but i guess if Joe wants to make a few quid by KOing legend then fair play to him i spose -

Roy is not shot. He is still a top 10 guy at 175.
But, he is probably not much of a match for Joe at this point. Let's see how Roy looks vs a rusty Tito first. He better look amazing.Comment

How he looks against Tito wont gives us ANY idea of how he would look against Joe or any of the light heavyweightsComment

he is shot......there is no point hanging onto the vein hope that he will turn back the clock because it wont happen
what is he now? 38?Comment

If Roy can dominate Tito worse than Wright did, yes, it might very well tell us something. If Roy is truly shot, then he cannot even dominate Tito. That does not stand up to reason.Comment
