The point I'm stressing is that some of you guys are saying that Cotto is a threat so I'm stressing that Williams is a threat to Cotto so that why Cotto didnt accept the fight.

Margarito lost a close desicion to paul williams, in retrospect, this is the story of margs career, coming close and but not winning when it could have risen his stock. Number 1 welter or not, in reality the fight meant nothing and still means nothing, the guy is a major underacheiver and when he has his chance to teeter himself into the upper eschelon, he simply falls short enough to become the gatekeeper of the WW division, which is what he is, a tough fight for anyone, but anyone with halfway decent skill should be able to take him, at this point id rather see Berto Vs Margarito, because plainly put floyd would simply take a wide 12UD against margarito and youd all be bored out of youre mind.
