I agree with what you are saying but it seems to me that PBF hate for Arum is strong to the point where he would rather not take the fight. Its not about how much money Arum will make without him its more about that Arum will not make any money with him regardless of anything. From a fans standpoint its ****ed up because I would want to see PBF whoop Cotto. But looking at it from a man's standpoint I get where PBF is coming from. I don't want a person I hate to get money off of me or with me. I don't care what he does with another person but with me he ain't getting ****.

Because truth be told the Henry Brussles fight was supposed to be used as a marker for how Cotto would fair against PBF because Cotto and Brussles were supposed to have similar fighting styles. Which does not say they have the same talent level. So far to date nobody from Cotto's camp has said **** about PBF vs. Cotto. Only person talking **** now is Arum and that is only because he wants to get paid and that has nothing to do with whether or not he believes Cotto can win.

PBF had to come out with something before this fight happend to make sure that after Cotto wins, He doesn't have to hear about him fighting Cotto, cuz he knows he won't win. Just because it was a title eliminator doesn't mean it wasn't still to see how PBF would do with someone of a similar style to Cotto for a fight down the line.
