I dont think Floyd is ducking Cotto, but there would be definitely be money in a fight with Cotto if Cotto wins. Especially if he manages to beat Margarito after Mosley, which is a tall order but possible.

It's pretty sad what boxings become. Now guys dismiss fighters who they don't think they can make money with. That's not a good sign. Floyd would do 700k buys with Cotto. He cant expect to get 2 million every time out.

Anyways, two other reasons why this fight probably wont happen; Floyd will never do business with Arum, and Cotto will never fight in Vegas if they keep the same glove rule. You know Floyd wont want to fight at MSG either. This fight wont happen unless Cotto can beat both Mosley and Margarito and that's a tall order. By then Floyd would have no choice.

Cotto may not get past Mosley, but he'd bust Margarito up if they fought. I think Floyd would fight Cotto if Miguel left Arum to make it happen (and went to Vegas). Just like he had to leave Arum to fight DLH. IMO that is going to be the way Floyd gets back at Bob Arum for all the Margarito bull****. Then Arum will have a busted up pretender (Margarito) and be missing out on all the big money... again.

Sorry I think Cotto is an easier fight for Floyd than Mosley. I could only picture Floyd losing to Mosley. I don't give a damn what Miguel's fans say. Bob Arum nor Miguel's camp is calling out Floyd.

BIG SURPRISE!!!!!!!! he doesn't want to fight Cotto. I have said from the beginning that if Cotto won, Floyd would not fight him. Saying there is no money fighting, is another excuse and iis bull****. He will avoid Cotto at all costs. Cotto draws more fans and has a bigger following. A Cotto Mayweather fight would be huge based on the Puerto Rican following that Cotto brings alone. What a *****!!!!!!!!! If Cotto wins, he knows that Cotto would be a tough match up.
