I think James Toney may have been p4p number one before Wittaker, and anyways there have only been a few undisputed p4p number one's, by this i mean when the boxing communinty accepted a fighter was legitmately the best in the sport. Thats why i dont count B-hop because for me he was never the best fighter in boxing when he was p4p number one, personally i thought Morales was a better fighter and also moved up in weight fighting the best.

Imo, the last two legit p4p number ones are Mayweather and Jones.

All damn good fighters for sure. The real question is who will be number 1 after Floyd retires.

people take p4p too seriously. it may be a fun tool to gauge fighters, but i'm not really into it.

too much speculation and "what ifs".

Trinidad was never considered the #1 P4P, at least not by Ring Magazine.
