people focus wayy too much on power and miss how good Paulie is.. He started boxing at 17.. he is now 26 and a world champion.. Its been a while since ive seen a boxer who keeps his range so well even against good pressure fighters like his last opponent. He went the distance with cotto and gave him all he can handle.. how many of cotto's opponont can say that?? 115-112,116-111,116-111, Paulie got knocked down once, got busted up and kept fighting like a warrior. He has a big future.. I hope he continues to get bigger fights.

also.. ndou and john brown are only 2 guys who were able to go distance with cotto, aside from a couple 4 round early career fights....

I like Paulie. I think him and Witter would be a great fight. He may not hit hard but he is entertaining, and he can scrap. Just cause he doesn't knock the guy unconscious isn't really a reason to hate. He fights with what he's got, and he's good at it, thats all you can ask.

Cotto won't make 140 and I think if the Cotto fights Magic man at 147 it could be worse.

He knows how paulie fights. Im pretty sure Cotto would win another UD. Paulie has to get through Ngodogu first (How ever that name is spelt)

There's no good time to start talking about Malignaggi. Unless you want to reminisce about his fight with Cotto.

yeah man. he surprised a lot of people, myself included, with the cotto fight. he got that terrible break in his face and was bleeding a lot, but people very quickly forget how competitive that fight was (or they didn't watch it).

his fight with n'dou was also really fun to watch. cherry not so much, but it was a w all the same.

but magicmanboxing- cotto has really improved since fighting paulie, and is an absolute BEAST at 147. i wouldn't like to see that fight at this point in his career. he's got a tough task ahead of him, and some tough fights at 140. i hope he'll unify and be champ awhile.

            good fighter, fun to watch.

Are you ****ing kidding? Paulie isnt going to get a rematch with Cotto, and both Hatton and Mayweather would destroy Paulie. He will lose in the future to every top fighter he gets in the ring with, and he will eventually go away.

Skills pay the bills, and paulie has 20 times more than hatton.
