Rocky Juarez - the guy gets chances over and over again despite him being so limited
Jameel Mcline - same exact story
Sharmba Mitchell - He's been destoyed so many times it's funny how he ends up getting big fights
Andrew Golotta - similar to Mcline
Ben Tackie - again and again
Lovemore N'dou - again and again
Howard Eastman - I am not sure he belongs there but still he's been promoted very,very well

PS: Winky Wright is way above average but he's as boring as anybody on the list so he deserves a notice

Soliman and Taylor made it interesting somewhat but the Trinidad fight was awful

Mcline,Rocky and Golota are 3 lucky mofos. Most ppl have to work there ass's off to get some part of a title.With these guys they can have loses on their records.Well hell,lost their last fight or last few fights!! Yet still gets a change to fight for the world title!!! I wonder how much money are they giving to their promoters.Im sure alot more then they would if they actually deserved it and were on a winning streak.
