    calzaghe vs kessler

he calls himself a viking warrior and he fought like one, he couldn't stand up to the skill and technical ability of joe but he stood his ground and did the best at what he does, still a top contender and has a good career ahead of him.

also well done joe, i thought he looked old at first but that was either his gameplan or him adapting to the fight, british boxing is a notch up, well done, great fighter

i was always one of those dudes who was hard on calzaghe for not stepping his game up and taking big fights outside of the uk. but the man looked phenomenal tonight. joe fought an amazingly smart fight. pretty good scrap overall.

          Respect to Kessler..
He knew Joe had his number from round 4 onwards.
          Joe's Speed was the key.
          35 years young too.
The guy looks like he has never even fought.
          Not a mark on him.
Twice now.. Joe has shown his worth against younger guys who were supposed to take his crown....a lesson in speed and angles and volume of punches & superior stamina.
First a terrible beatdown on Jeff Lacy and now a big UD against a strong YOUNG HUNGRY Kessler.
Joe has a decent chin too!!
He is willing to eat a couple to break your heart.
Watching Kessler swing wildly was pretty ugly later on.
I just hope Joe doesn't fight Borenard.
He is a hyped fighter and if Joe beats him he will gain no respect cos people will say Hypekins was 2000yrs old anyway...

He's going to be more thna a top contender. He'd be champ if he didn't have a legend in the same division as him!

When Calzaghe retires, it'll be Kessler that takes his mantle as number one.
