I was at the finals in the 2nd row and I was very much impressed by (light welterweight) Serik SAPIYEVof Kazakhistan, (flyweight) Rau'shee Warren of USA, and (Welterweight) Demetrius Andrade of USA as their superiority was well noticeable. There was not a fight in which one of the fighters was not a southpaw and (heavyweight) Clemente Russo was the only right-handed man to beat a southpaw and this was by only 1 point with only 18 seconds remaining. Then again there were no Cubans so that was a big let down. Also Evander Holyfield, Bert Sugar, David Diaz, and Angelo Dundee were in attendance.
