Cotto. Floyd doesnt have the once punch power to hurt Cotto and would lose a very long tough fight. He has the style to beat Floyd. Although he is short he is a decent size welter and would bring the pressure all night. Castillo pressured Floyd all night and arguably won thier first fight. Castilo wasnt then or even as complete as Cotto. Cotto UD or late stoppage..

Cotto/ Mosley is a pick' em fight. Shane has the power to catch and put Cotto out.

Cotto DOES NOT have the style, on paper, to defeat Floyd. Floyd would just pick him off over and over again. Hatton has the speed to step in quickly but Cotto doesn't. I would see a UD for Floyd with Cotto's strong will allowing the fight to be pretty close.

Don't be so quick to write Floyd off just based on Cotto's style. December 8th will be a pretty good test as to how well Floyd deals with a swarmer, because Hatton fights at a pretty similar style to Miguel.

Floyd already fought a damn good fight against a fighter who tried to swarm him in Jesus Chavez. The only problem is that that fight was at 130, and the competition was very good, but not on the level of Hatton or Cotto.

Another X-factor for that fight is how well Miguel Cotto can find Mayweather, because there are two things that set Mayweather apart from Judah, accuracy and defense. Judah gets hit a lot more than Mayweather.

Mayweather also needn't hurt Cotto to win the fight, because he does have the power to at least let Miguel know that he is punching, which would momentarily keep him off. Floyd's accuracy makes up for his lack of one-punch power too.

If both take care of their end of the deal, then this is going to be a good fight.

I think Cotto has the best style of the Welterweights to beat Mayweather, but id still pick Mayweather.

Still though, its a fight i would pay good money to see, it be a MONSTER big fight, and its a sure thing to be a FOTY candidate

If Mayweather was able to handle Oscar's shots no way in hell does chinny chinned one dimensional slow plodding club slugger Cotto (AKA Mr. Low Blows) beat let alone hurt Floyd.

Doesn't everyone have the style to beat Mayweather? Seriously, how many times do we have to hear that?

I agree that Cotto has the best shot among the WWs though. But honestly, does anyone want to see Floyd circle Cotto, jabbing and pot-shotting all night? People keep wanting him to fight these bigger fighters, then get mad when he doesn't let himself get rocked.

                    No ****.

The chronology of a Mayweather fight...

                    Step 1: Floyd is a *****, he's ducking _________

Step 2: Good job for Floyd signing the fight, but it's bull**** that it is at 147, and they are fighting in the US? What a bunch of bull****.

Step 3: Wow, all he did was run all night, how the **** did he get the decision?
