He's not TOO WELL known, which is sad, but for the true fans over here, he's given a good amount of credit. He's well-liked. Hard to hate a guy who can't even keep a straight face for a stare-down.

By the way, the reason they don't teach us too much about foreign affairs is because the teachers are essentially babysitters, and are not expected to educate, but keep children safe. It's ****ed up.. but that's life.
