The judges must have been watching a different fight than me. Brock landed the majority of punches on the gloves and hands of Chambers. Even though Chambers wasn't as busy as he should have been he controlled the ring and the fight and, I thought, completely outclassed Brock.
wtf fight were those judges watchin? Chambers beat Brock up in all but maybe 4 rounds. No way can you have any ability to judge a boxing match and actually have Brock winning that fight. I do think Chambers should have turned up but he clearly landed the cleaner punches and dictated the pace of the fight after the 2nd round.
I agree, first two rounds Chambers started kind of slow, but the rest of the fight he dictated the pace and chased Brock around the ring, landing the more effective punches, while blocking 95% of Brock's power.
Two judges had it 115-113 for Chambers, one 115-113 for Brock.
Hopefully this is a wake up call to Chambers that he can't stroll around the ring landing the occasional crisp shot, even if his defense is superb. He doesn't have to go toe to toe, but he does have to pick up the punch output.
im a little dissapointed in Sweet pea, he seems to be a pretty crappy trainer. Someone should have told Brock after about round 7 time to go to war son. get in their and show this kid who the real heavyweight is.
