Kessler's in for a long night. He's fighting the second world class southpaw in his career. And it is the unified...soon to be undisputed champ.

Calzaghe is going to make Kessler look silly. Punching....err...i mean slapping from all angles. It will be a similiar performance to lacy - zag except Kessler wont get beat up quite that bad. I see Kess purely on the defenisve for the entire fight and trying to counterpunch. It will be a good fight with action in the middle of the ring for about 7 rounds and then Zag will take over.

    Mark my words, gents.

Right here goes, this is my first prediction on this fight. I cant remember favouring anyone to beat Calzaghe, I was never in the Lacy bandwagon, but in Kessler I see someone who has the heart and skills to end Calzaghes reign. Joe obvously has the big advantage of the terrific crowd at the millenium stadium but I reakon Kessler will trully thrive on his visit to the lions den.

People are calling Kessler robotic, which is fair enough, the jab - straight right does get kinda repetative. But it hasnt failed him yet and if he can establish the jab in this fight, as in the Andrade fight, then Calz will fight it hard to get off those combinations which have become his trademark. Anyway when I decypher all this I come to the conclusion that Kessler will struggle early but get stronger as the fight goes on to stun everyone to take the fight by sd/md. Im looking forward to this fight more than I can remember for other fights and I hope it doesn't let me down.

I think Calzaghe has the perfect stage to show his talents off in this one, he is almost the complete fighter, has speed, power, a great chin and his conditioning is second to none.

Look for Kessler to try and start fast, he might win the first 3 out of 5 rounds...

I see Kessler becoming more and more tired and confused in the middle rounds until he gets KO'd in round 9.

Pretty much how I see it, although I'm expecting a fast starting Calzaghe.

Thiss going to be a great fight!!! I think both guys are for real and I can envison a scenerio where either fighter wins!!! That's what makes this fight a fans dream match-up. Picking a winner is hard in this one but I'll go with Calzaghe by UD because frankly I've seen him fight more and the way he beat the overrated Lacy.. Kessler I've only seen fight once and it was impressive but I'll go with Joe and can't wait to see the fight.

I want Calzaghe to win, but Kesslers different. He saw Calzaghe/Lacy fight live. As much as I want to see Calzaghe beat the crap out of Kessler... This fight is 50/50 And unlike Kesslers fans, Kessler has never underestimated Calzaghe. He always picked Calzaghe to win.
